It runs on a normal power point at roughly ₹500 of electricity a month, needs about two square feet of floor, and has no staff attached to it at any point in the day.

Earning potential

If you're buying outright instead
Direct owners pay no supply fee and no revenue share. You buy protein, pre-workout and cups from us at wholesale rates whenever you want to reorder, and you run the machine yourself — refilling, cleaning and your own FSSAI registration.

SuperGainZ India Pvt Ltd is a Mumbai company that designs, assembles, installs and services the Gainz Station — a fully automatic protein shake machine built for gym floors, offices and campuses.
Why we built it
Every gym has the same gap. Members want a shake right after training, and almost no gym can justify a staffed counter to sell one. The shake either gets skipped, or it gets bought somewhere else.
So we built a machine that pours it — six flavours, blended fresh, paid by UPI, in under a minute, in two square feet, with nobody standing behind it. Then we put it in a real Mumbai gym and watched what actually happened rather than modelling what we hoped would.
In roughly six weeks, one machine did 639 transactions with 246 unique customers and a 45.5% repeat rate. That repeat number is the one that convinced us: people came back.
How we got here
We put our first machines into Mumbai gyms and ran them ourselves — refilling, cleaning and fixing them at all hours. It taught us more in a few months than any amount of planning would have.
Pipes held on to smell even after cleaning. A coffee-machine style mechanism wasn't built for the way gym members use a machine, and the dispensing parts wore under heavy usage. We sold those units instead of pretending the problems weren't there.
The current design removes pipes entirely, moves the powder path to stainless steel, and cleans the mixing unit with hot water before and after every shake. Fewer moving parts, fewer places for anything to sit.
We assemble and test machines at our Goregaon unit, sell them outright to gym owners and individual owners, and run a managed programme for owners who would rather we did the refilling, cleaning and licensing.

For gym and studio owners
What do I actually have to do once the machine is installed?
That depends on which route you choose. If you buy it outright, you run it: refilling the canisters, cleaning it, restocking cups and holding your own FSSAI registration. If you take the Managed Ownership Programme, you provide the space and the electricity and nothing else — we handle the licence, refills, cleaning, servicing, the menu and the operator visits.
How much space and power does it need?
About two square feet of floor. The machine is 5.11 ft tall, 160 kg, and runs off a normal power point. It draws roughly 40–60 units a month, which usually works out to around ₹500 on your electricity bill.
Does it need a water or drainage connection?
No. It runs on water stored in its own tanks — a 6 L chilled tank and a 5 L hot tank — which are topped up during service visits, and waste water collects in a bin inside the cabinet. If a water point is available at your site we'll look at it during the assessment, but it isn't required.
Will it cannibalise my juice bar or supplement counter?
It can, and we'd rather say so upfront. If you already sell shakes across a staffed counter, compare honestly: the machine sells at all hours without staff time, but it will take some of the same purchases. If your counter is busy and profitable, the machine usually works best as an after-hours and peak-hour overflow point.
How many members do I need for it to be worth it?
There's no magic number, and anyone who gives you one is guessing. What matters is footfall at peak hours, whether your members already buy shakes, and where the machine stands. That is exactly what the site assessment is for, and we will tell you if we think the site is too quiet.
Can the machine carry my gym's branding?
The cabinet panels are printed, so branding can be discussed when you place the order. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll confirm what's possible and whether it changes the price or the lead time.
Do I have to sign an exclusivity or territory agreement?
No. There is no franchise fee and no territory to buy. You are buying a machine, and if you take the managed programme, a service arrangement alongside it.
Who deals with a member whose shake didn't dispense?
Under Managed Ownership, we do — the machine and the payment record tell us what happened and we settle it. If you own and run the machine yourself, you handle the member and we support you on the technical side.
Does it need an internet connection?
Payments run on UPI or a QR code. For the sales-data monitoring on the Advanced model we set up connectivity at installation — usually your Wi-Fi or a SIM-based connection — and we confirm which during the site assessment.
Buying a station as an income asset
I don't own a gym. Can I still buy one?
Yes. Plenty of buyers are not gym owners. You buy the machine, we assess and help place it at a partner site, and under Managed Ownership we run it while the sales settle into your account. Placement is subject to a site agreeing to host it, which we work on with you before you pay anything.
Is this a franchise?
No. You are not buying a brand licence, a territory or a share of a network. You are buying a machine on invoice, in your name. The only ongoing payment is the supply fee if you choose the managed route.
What returns should I expect?
We don't promise a number, and you should be careful with anyone who does. The illustrative tables on this site show how the arithmetic works at different volumes; they are examples, not forecasts. Real volume depends on the site.
When does the money actually reach me?
Immediately, in the sense that matters: the member pays by UPI into your own bank account. Settlement follows your bank's normal cycle, usually the next working day. We never hold your sales revenue.
How do I verify what the machine sold?
Two ways, and they should agree. The Advanced model reports the total number of shakes dispensed, and your own bank statement shows every payment received. You are not relying on a dashboard we control.
Can I buy more than one machine?
Yes. The calculator on the pricing page handles multiple units, and we'll discuss placement for each site separately.
Do you offer EMI or finance?
We don't finance machines ourselves. Some buyers use a business loan or equipment finance from their own bank, and we provide the invoice, specification and company documents needed for that application.
Can I sell the machine later?
It's your asset, so yes. If it is running under the managed programme, tell us before you sell so the service arrangement and the site can be sorted out properly.
What's the honest risk here?
Location. A machine at a quiet site sells little, and the fixed costs — power and the monthly minimum supply fee under the managed route — still apply. The other risks are ordinary ones: downtime, and members' habits changing. The 90-day relocation guarantee exists because we know the first site isn't always the right one.
The machine and how it works
How does it make the shake?
The member taps the screen and picks a flavour. The machine measures powder from one of six 1 kg canisters, adds water from its chilled tank, blends the serving and pours it into a cup in the dispense bay. The whole cycle takes under a minute.
What is the difference between Basic and Advanced?
Both machines dispense shakes identically. The Advanced adds an automatic cup dispenser, a steam cleaning system and data monitoring of the total shakes sold. Those three are what let it run without somebody attending to it.
How many flavours can it hold?
Six, in 1 kg canisters. You can run all six as protein, or mix protein and pre-workout across them.
What about cups?
The Advanced model drops the cup automatically. On the Basic model, cups are placed by whoever is operating the machine.
Is it noisy?
It blends for a few seconds per serving, roughly like a small kitchen blender behind a closed cabinet. It is quiet between servings.
How is it cleaned?
Through a steam, hot water and dryer cycle. On the Advanced model, the steam cleaning system runs as part of the machine's routine; on the Basic it is done during servicing. There is also UV protection inside the cabinet.
Will the machine fit through my doors and up my lift?
It is 5.11 ft tall and 160 kg. We check doorways, lifts, ramps and the final position during the site assessment, because that also determines the installation cost.
Can it pour anything besides protein shakes?
It is built for protein and pre-workout servings. If you want a different menu, tell us what you have in mind and we'll say plainly whether the machine can do it well.
Money, prices and paperwork
What does a machine cost?
Basic: ₹1,94,915 plus 18% GST of ₹35,085, so ₹2,30,000 all in. Advanced: ₹2,20,339 plus 18% GST of ₹39,661, so ₹2,60,000 all in.
Is delivery and installation included in that?
No. Delivery and installation are charged over and above the machine price and depend on your location and how the machine can be moved in. We quote them after the site assessment, and we can give you a single landed figure.
What are the payment terms?
60% in advance and 40% at the time of dispatch.
What else will I be paying for?
Electricity, roughly ₹500 a month. AMC of ₹10,000 a year once the first-year warranty ends. Refills — either bought from us at wholesale if you run the machine yourself, or included in the supply fee if we run it.
Can the invoice be in my company's name?
Yes. Send us the company name, address and GSTIN when you place the order.
Can I claim input tax credit on the GST?
That depends on your registration and how the machine is used, so please check with your accountant. What we can confirm is that we invoice with GST at 18% and our GSTIN is 27ABRCS7508L1ZJ.
Are these prices final?
They are current at the time of writing. The quote we send you carries the price we'll honour, along with its validity.
Refills, hygiene and food safety
Who supplies the protein?
We do. Under Managed Ownership refills are included in the per-shake supply fee. If you own and run the machine yourself, you order from us at wholesale rates whenever you need to restock.
Do I have to buy refills from you if I bought the machine outright?
The machine is calibrated for the powders we supply, and those are the ones whose dispensing consistency we can support. If you want to stock something else, talk to us first so we can tell you whether it will run cleanly.
Which brands and flavours?
Established Indian and international supplement brands. The exact SKUs on your machine are agreed with you before installation, and the menu can be changed later.
Who holds the FSSAI licence?
Under Managed Ownership, we do — the licence for the operation is ours. If you buy the machine and run it yourself, the food licence and compliance are yours.
How often is it cleaned and refilled?
On a schedule set by how fast the machine sells, agreed at installation. Under the managed programme our operator visits handle both, and the machine also runs its own cleaning cycle between servings.
What about allergens and ingredient information?
The menu on the screen names the product being poured, and the ingredient and allergen information is the one printed on the manufacturer's pack, which we can share for every SKU stocked.
What water does it use?
Packaged drinking water, stored in the machine's internal tanks and replaced during service visits.
Delivery, warranty and support
How long does delivery take?
We confirm the lead time in writing when the order is placed, since it depends on stock and your location.
What happens on installation day?
We position and commission the machine, load the first set of canisters, set up the menu and the payment QR, test the dispensing cycle and show whoever will be around how it behaves.
What does the warranty cover?
One year from installation on the machine. It does not cover consumables, physical damage, water or power-supply damage, or problems caused by unapproved parts or powders. The written warranty terms come with the invoice.
What is the AMC and is it compulsory?
₹10,000 per machine per year after the warranty year, covering overall checking and parts inspection. It isn't compulsory, but it is how machines stay reliable, and spare parts are quicker to arrange for machines under contract.
How quickly do you attend a breakdown?
In Mumbai we normally attend the same or the next working day. Outside Mumbai we coordinate a technician and tell you the timeline honestly rather than promising something we can't hold to. Response commitments are written into the service agreement.
Can the machine be moved after installation?
Yes. Under the managed programme, if a site underperforms we relocate it free within the first 90 days. Any other move is chargeable, and we'll quote it before we do it.
Managed Ownership Programme
What exactly is the supply fee?
A single monthly fee billed per shake dispensed, with refills included in it. ₹15 per shake up to 500 a month, ₹13 from 501 to 750, and ₹10 from 751 upwards, subject to a minimum of ₹5,000 a month.
Why is there a minimum?
Because servicing a machine costs the same whether it sells 80 shakes or 400 — the visits, the cleaning and the licence don't scale down. The minimum is what makes running a quiet site sustainable for us.
How is the shake count verified?
The Advanced model reports the total shakes dispensed, and the amount credited to your bank account should reconcile against it. If the two ever disagree, we go through it with you line by line.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. We never hold your revenue and we don't take a revenue share. You keep the sales; we invoice the supply fee.
What is the term and how do I exit?
Both are set out in the service agreement, and we'll send you a copy to read before you pay anything. Ask for it early — we'd rather you read it than skim it.
Can I start on the managed programme and later run it myself?
Yes, or the other way around. It means changing who holds the food licence and who does the refilling, so we work through it properly rather than switching overnight.
What if the machine sells nothing in a month?
The monthly minimum still applies, and the electricity is still yours. If the site is genuinely underperforming within the first 90 days, we relocate the machine free of cost.
Creators programme
Who can apply?
Creators in India whose audience trains — gym-goers, coaches, athletes or nutrition. We look at engagement and content quality more than follower count.
What is the payout?
₹8,000 for each machine sold through the leads you send, released after the buyer's advance payment reaches us. Full written terms go to you before you publish anything.
How do you know a lead came from me?
We issue you a referral link and code. Enquiries that arrive through either are recorded against your name, and we confirm each one with you when it comes in.
Do I have to buy a machine or any product?
No. Nothing is sold to you at any point in this programme.
Do you pay per post or per view?
No. The payout is tied to machines sold, not to reach. If you'd like a separate paid campaign, tell us and we'll discuss it on its own terms.
Can I join if I'm not in Mumbai?
Yes, and we'll work out how you get footage. Mumbai-based creators can shoot at a live installed machine straight away.
Can I say what I actually think of the machine?
Please do. The only things we ask are that you mark the partnership as ASCI requires, keep the specifications accurate, and never tell a viewer their income is guaranteed.

This policy explains how SuperGainZ India Pvt Ltd ("SuperGainZ", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use supergainz.com (the "Site"), enquire about a Gainz Station, buy one from us, or apply to our creator programme.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you, sell and service a machine, or assess a creator application.
- Identity information: your name and, where relevant, your age.
- Contact information: email address, phone or WhatsApp number.
- Business and site information: the type of site, its address or area, approximate footfall, member numbers, photographs of the space you send us, and your company name and GSTIN for invoicing.
- Social media information (creator applications): your Instagram handle and other platform handles, and the screenshots of your profile and creator insights that you choose to upload.
- Location information: your city or current location, and the billing, delivery and installation addresses needed to fulfil an order.
- Transaction information: orders, invoices, payment references and service records. We receive payments by UPI or bank transfer and we do not collect or store card numbers.
- Device information: when you browse the Site, our hosting provider and the embedded form and font services may record your IP address, browser and device type, time zone, referring page and cookie identifiers.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and carry out a site assessment.
- To prepare quotes, raise invoices, and arrange delivery, installation and servicing.
- To operate the Managed Ownership Programme, including refill visits and monthly supply-fee billing.
- To assess creator applications, track referred leads and process partner payouts.
- To confirm that you meet the minimum age required to transact with us or join the creator programme.
- To send you updates about our products, pricing and offers where you have asked to hear from us. You can ask us to stop at any time, by replying to any message or emailing us.
- To keep records we are required to keep under Indian tax, company and food-safety law.
- To understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process your information with your consent, to perform a contract with you, or to comply with a legal obligation. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by writing to us, though this may mean we can no longer provide a service you have asked for.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed:
- Service providers who help us run the business — our website host, form and email providers, messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, logistics and installation partners, and our accountants and bankers.
- Our operations team, for the visits and servicing your machine needs.
- Authorities, where we are required to disclose information by law, or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
These providers operate under their own privacy policies, and forms embedded on this Site are hosted by Google. If you submit a form, your responses are stored in our account with that provider.
6. Cookies and embedded services
The Site itself is a static website and does not set advertising cookies. Embedded services — such as web fonts, an embedded form or an embedded map — may set their own cookies or record technical information when those elements load. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some embedded elements may then not work.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't proceed are kept for up to 24 months. Customer, invoice and service records are kept for as long as the law requires us to retain them, which for tax and company records is generally up to eight years. Creator application material is kept for as long as the partnership is active, and for up to 12 months after it ends.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it where we are not required to keep it, or stop sending you marketing messages. Write to anish@supergainz.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate it to the grievance contact below.
10. Children
The Site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and both purchases and creator applications require you to be 18 or older.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business changes or the law requires. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and the current version is always the one published on this page.

This website is operated by SuperGainZ India Pvt Ltd. Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to SuperGainZ India Pvt Ltd. By visiting the Site, sending us an enquiry, buying a machine or applying to our creator programme, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us or to apply to the creator programme. We may ask you to confirm your age, and we may refuse or cancel an order or an application if we believe this requirement is not met.
2. Information on this Site
Specifications, features, prices and availability shown here are current at the time of publishing and may change without notice. Machine images include renders and photographs of installed units; minor variations in finish, branding panels and components are possible. Where anything on this Site differs from the written quotation, order confirmation or agreement we send you, the signed document prevails.
3. Prices, GST and what is not included
Machine prices shown on the Site are inclusive of GST at 18% and are ex-works. Delivery, installation and commissioning are charged over and above the machine price and depend on your location and site access. Electricity, the power point at your premises, refills after the first fill (except where a written arrangement includes them) and AMC after the warranty year are not included.
4. No guarantee of earnings
Any figures shown on this Site relating to sales volumes, revenue, supply fees, net amounts or payback periods are illustrative examples only. They are not a forecast, a projection or a promise. Actual results depend on the location, its footfall, its member profile, your pricing and how the machine is operated. We do not guarantee any level of sales, income or recovery of your investment.
5. Orders, payment and cancellation
- An order is confirmed only when we issue a written order confirmation and receive the advance payment.
- Standard payment terms are 60% in advance and 40% at the time of dispatch, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Machines are built and configured against confirmed orders, so cancellation after production has begun may result in a deduction. Cancellation and refund terms for your order are those stated in your order confirmation.
- A GST invoice is issued for every sale. You are responsible for giving us accurate billing details, including your GSTIN if you intend to claim input credit.
6. Delivery and installation
Delivery timelines given by us are estimates and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing safe access to the site, a suitable and stable power supply, and a location that can take the machine's height and weight. Costs arising from access problems, incorrect site information or a failed delivery attempt may be charged to you.
7. Warranty and AMC
Machines carry a warranty of one year from the date of installation, on the terms issued with your invoice. The warranty does not cover consumables, cosmetic wear, physical damage, damage from water ingress or power supply issues, unauthorised repairs, relocation carried out by others, or the use of powders or parts we have not approved. After the warranty period, an annual maintenance contract is available at ₹10,000 per machine per year.
8. Managed Ownership Programme
Where you take the Managed Ownership Programme, the supply fee, minimum monthly charge, term, service scope and exit terms are set out in a separate signed agreement, which governs that arrangement. The summary on this Site is for information only. Under that programme you remain the owner of the machine, and the FSSAI licence for the operation is held by us. If you own and run a machine yourself, food-safety registration and compliance are your responsibility.
9. Creator programme
- Participation is by application and at our discretion. We may decline or end a partnership at any time.
- The partner payout is ₹8,000 for each machine sold through leads properly attributed to you through the referral link or code we issue, and it becomes payable only after the buyer's advance payment has been received by us. Full payout terms are issued to you in writing before you publish.
- Leads that reach us without your link or code, or that were already in discussion with us, may not be attributed to you.
- You must disclose the partnership in your content in line with ASCI guidelines and applicable law, keep product and pricing claims accurate, and must not make guaranteed-income claims.
- By tagging us or submitting content, you grant SuperGainZ India Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content and your handle for our marketing, with credit to you. You confirm you have the rights to the content you share.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use this Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy our content, branding, images or documents for commercial use without our written permission.
11. Intellectual property
The SuperGainZ name and logo, the Gainz Station name, and the text, images and design of this Site belong to SuperGainZ India Pvt Ltd. Third-party brand names and product names shown on or in a machine belong to their respective owners.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a machine or these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us for that machine. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your operation of a machine you run yourself, or content you publish about us that breaches applicable law or these terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your enquiry or order is the one that applies.
